The festival has no age limit. Under 16 years of age, you may only attend the festival accompanied by a parent/guardian.

All festival locations are pin only.

Bags no larger than an A4 may be taken inside. There may be searches and, of course, items that may negatively affect the security of the venues will be confiscated.

ESNS 2025 will take place from 15 to 18 January 2025 in the city of Groningen.

You can order your tickets now through our webshop. Please note that our tickets are only available through the ESNS website, we do not sell through third parties.

How can I personalise my ticket?

Once you have received your tickets, you can personalise them immediately. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a green button. Click this button to start the personalisation process. Log in with the ESNS account with which you bought the tickets. This way, your account will be linked to your personalised ticket.

Why is personalising my ticket important?

Personalising your ticket is essential to make your entrance to the conference smooth. It also gives you access to the ESNS Delegates Database, where you can make contacts, appointments and see who else is coming.

What should I do if I have ordered multiple tickets?

If you have bought multiple tickets, make sure you personalise one ticket for yourself first. Then you can easily transfer the remaining tickets to the appropriate people. They can then personalise their own ticket.

You can make a name change via the 'myorder' page. In the delegates database, you also have the option to modify your account. Do you have any other changes? Please let us know via support@esns.nl.

A placed order can be canceled until 15 December 2024. Until that date, the organization will refund the money to your account, minus a €25,- administration fee. After 15 December 2024, a placed order cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your ticket, send an e-mail to support@esns.nl.

Through your account in the Delegates Database you can request a refund of the credit on your chip after ESNS. A refund costs €1,- and is only possible for a credit of more than €2,50. Requesting a refund is possible until 1 March 2025. 

After 1 March 2025, all applications will be processed within two weeks. 

Besides requesting a refund of the credit on your chip, it is also possible to download an invoice of all purchases made with your chip via your account in the Delegates Database. 

You can do this through our webshop by purchasing a top-up. You can also recharge your wristband on location during ESNS.

No, this is not necessary. We can scan your ticket on your phone. 

There is no age limit at Noorderslag. Under 16 years of age, you may only attend Noorderslag if accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Do you want to buy or sell second-hand tickets safely? Then use the official ESNS Resale Platform. Our Resale Platform will be online in October. This is our own Resale Platform and the only way to resell your festival tickets 100% safely. After the sale of your ticket, the buyer will receive a completely new ticket with a new unique barcode. To prevent disappointment: do not buy or sell ESNS tickets through other channels.

As a seller, you cannot ask for more than the original price through the Resale Platform, which is fair. Only as a buyer, you pay a €5 transaction fee.

● You can resell your festival tickets for a maximum of 100% of the face value (excluding service fees).

● A transaction fee of €5 will be charged to the person buying the ticket.

● Only ESNS Festival tickets; Noorderslag & Eurosonic tickets can be resold through the Resale platform.

● Go to your order via the confirmation email and click on the 'Manage Order'; button, or log in with your personal ESNS account.

● Then click on 'More actions' and then on 'Resale'.

● You will receive a confirmation once the ticket has been resold. The seller always has the opportunity to withdraw their ticket as long as it has not been resold or added to someone's shopping cart.

● If you want to change the price, follow the first two steps above. Then click on the three dots next to the correct ticket and select 'Change sale price'.

If you want to buy a ticket via the Resale Platform, you need to create an ESNS account or log in with your existing ESNS account.

Want to transfer your Conference ticket to someone else? Change the name on the ticket for this.

Do you want to change the name on your ticket? This is not a problem. For tickets that have already been personalized, you can process a name change. A new unique barcode will be generated.

How does this work?

● Go to your order via the confirmation email and click on the 'Manage Order'; button, or log in with your personal ESNS account.

● In the menu, choose 'More actions' and 'Name Change'.

● Select the correct ticket (automatic if you have only one ticket).

● Fill in the requested details and select the correct payment method.

● Read the explanation at the bottom and check for agreement.

● Complete the name change by paying the €2.50 service fee.

Applications for ESNS 2025 are open from May 1st until the 1st of September.

You are allowed to bring a guide/help dog to the festival venues, but we stress that the festival is not an animal-friendly environment, due to the crowds, loud music and lights. The KNGF Guide Dogs says: "We are not fans of bringing guide dogs to festivals, concerts and other places with crowds and loud music. The dogs cannot do their job and lose their function.'

At ESNS, we take your privacy seriously and believe you should know what personal information we collect and how we use it. We have done our best to keep this explanation brief and accessible. If you would like to learn more or need more information, you can always contact us at privacy@esns.nl.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. If this happens we will notify you through our website and if applicable and necessary, ask you to renew your permission. Our privacy policy is designed with you in mind. With our policy we embrace privacy by design and try to minimise personal information collection. However, to provide high-quality services, we need certain information as a (necessary) condition.

How this privacy policy applies to you, depends on the way you interact with us. For example, if you purchase a ticket for one of our events we will use your details to process the order, carry out the agreement and, unless you opt-out, inform you about our events. If you purchase a conference registration we will use your name, company name and email address to include you in our secure delegates database (only applicable for conference visitors), unless you opt-out.
