Now based in Brussels, Laryssa Kim is an Italo-Congolese singer and composer with an arresting set of influences. Her musical journey began in Rome, writing and performing with reggae musicians and DJs, and in Amsterdam she immersed herself in contemporary dance and theatre. After a master's program in acousmatic music composition in Mons (BE), she established her own artistic project, blending her voice, electronic elements, and instrumental motifs. Second album Contezza was released in February by City Tracks. Her live show integrates lighting, video projections and performance art.
