Silvia Siano is a music supervisor mostly experienced in films and TV series. She started working in the music business in 2007 and since then she has gained a deep knowledge of the industry thanks to her long collaboration with Gruppo Editoriale Bixio, a well known Italian music publishing company operating in the world of soundtracks. With time, she focused her activity on the music supervision and she specialized in overseeing every aspect of the soundtracks (music and talent search, budget management, right clearance). She worked on succesful projects such as "Prisma" (Prime Video), "Skam Italia" (Netflix), “Rocco Schiavone” (Rai), “Brennero/Pale Mountains” (Rai), "Extravergine" (FoxLife), "Io ti cercherò" (Rai), "Il cacciatore" (Rai). The second season of “Prisma” was the first italian series to get a nomination for “Best sync in a television programme” at the Music & Sound Awards. In May 2022, Silvia joined the Cross Productions team as in-house music supervisor and music consultant. She took lectures on music supervision at Italian Universities (Università La Sapienza, Università degli Studi di Teramo) and attended as a panelist Italian and international events such as Linecheck Festival, Medimex, Les Arcs Film Festival.
