Johann Audiffren is currently working as a A&R/Marketing Manager at Believe, one of the most influential independent record companies worldwide. His current role involves leading a roster of international artists at naïve records, such as Avishai Cohen (Israel), Tigran Hamasyan (Armenia), Stacey Kent (USA), Ashley Henry (UK), Shai Maestro (USA), etc. Johann oversees the A&R activity, artists signing, project strategizing and marketing campaigns while reporting on the roster’s financial blueprint.

With dual Master’s degrees and training—one from the prestigious HEC Paris business school and one from the Berklee College of Music, both of which were awarded with scholarships—Johann blends musical artistry with business acumen. He also co-runs Scott Productions, a Paris-based recording studio, both producing and performing as a drummer, including extensive touring/recording in Europe, South Africa and in his parisian hometown.
