Ilana van den Berg works as a project advisor for performing arts at Fonds 21, an entrepreneurial and socially engaged foundation that supports charitable initiatives in the fields of Arts & Culture, Youth & Society, and Arts & Education. Within the Arts & Culture pillar, the foundation funds a diverse range of projects, from music, theater, dance, and visual arts to film, digital culture, literature, photography, design, fashion, architecture, and interdisciplinary work, with a particular focus on projects aimed at a younger audience (ages 12-40). Before joining Fonds 21, Ilana gained extensive experience as a booker and programmer in the music and events sector, working with organizations such as MOJO, Sugarfactory, Grasnapolsky Festival, and the EKKO venue.
