Anna Noyons is a strategic designer and founder of Ink Social Design, a design and innovation studio in Amsterdam focused on tackling social challenges. The studio works with governments, NGOs, and businesses on key societal transitions such as healthcare, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability. Their clients include the City of Amsterdam, UMC Utrecht, ABN Amro, and the Ministries of Education, Culture and Science (OCW), and Health, Welfare, and Sport (VWS).

In 2022, Anna also founded Stichting Mensenkenners, an organization dedicated to making society more inclusive for people with physical disabilities.
