The New Guard: introducing tomorrow's music industry leaders

There is a changing of the guard in the live music industry workforce; here and there, even the old guard of agents and promoters is making way for a new generation. In this panel, we’re excited to introduce you to some of these ‘New Bosses’ among agents and promoters. Who are they, where do they come from, how do they learn the job, is their work nowadays primarily based on data or is it still gut feeling, what do they want to change compared to their predecessors and most importantly: what on earth drives them to choose this profession?!
